ditto on the comment before...these talks are awesome and for free. chill out people.
I have watched a few of these talks, and this site is a wonderful resource and the videos really offer the viewer an opportunity into insights from successful role models. What startles me is how absurd and obscene the comments are, and it honestly is an abuse of what could have been a very progressive and interesting commenting system. I would suggest the site administrators look for a way to have the comments be valuable to the viewer, rather than a vehicle for these goofs to put up noise,... which i can not understand the motivation for considering there a thousand other sites which this behavior is more encouraged.

Workaround: if the video stops on you mid-way, just reload the page and skip to the point where it stopped. Happened on another video as well...
This video stops half way through even though the flash progress bar indicates it has completely downloaded. Get it fixed if you want to retain any credibility.
